The lid cracked on my 10 oz. Little Beast, so I contacted customer service on August 14. Two months went by without a response, so I reached out again on October 14. I heard back from customer service the same day, and was provided a link to the 20-30-40 oz tumbler lid, with the comment “ The replacement lid for the 10oz Beast Tumbler is the 20oz lid replacement. The 20oz lid fits both 10oz and 20oz Beast Tumbler.” I immediately placed the order for the lid using the product link from customer service. The next day, a friend who is a Greens Steel connoisseur reached out to tell me the 20oz lid does ‘not’ fit the 10oz tumbler. I promptly contacted customer service with the information and my order number from the previous day, and received “You're correct—the 20oz lid is not designed to fit the 10oz cup. We appreciate your attention to detail and want to make sure you get the right product. If you need any further assistance or have more questions, don't hesitate to let us know. We're always here to help!” Very kind, yes, but I had already placed the order for the incorrect lid based on the information provided by Greens Steel. There was no correct link provided, and at the time, no way to purchase ‘only’ the lid for the 10oz tumbler. I have attempted contact with customer service six times via email since October 15 and have yet to receive a response or resolution. Not only did I waste as much money on shipping as the lid itself, I have the wrong lid and no tumbler to fit it, and nothing from customer service offering to correct the mistake.

Glad to be able to buy a replacement tumbler lid. I wish I could get other colors to match my other tumblers, but it's still better than no lid or a broken lid!

Agree with the other customers that say that the replacement lids don't fit! My original lid locked tight and allowed no spillage, but the replacement lid does not lock over the cup and does not hold the temperature of the liquids.

The new lids work great! I just wish we could get them in the same colors as the tumblers we have. Mine originally came with a red closeable top and my friends came with a green one. The two replacements were black. Would have preferred to be able to order a red one and a green one, but that's not an option. Bummer.

Lid is great, and fits the current model Beast tumbler perfectly (I got the 30 oz). But my Beast tumbler was a really old model, about ten years old, and the lid does not fit that model. So just be aware of how old your tumbler is, since it doesn't say anywhere on the website that they've changed the Beast tumbler at some point. I ended up just buying a new 30 oz tumbler since I couldn't get in touch with customer service for a return (it's been a week and they haven't responded to my request).

I ordered a flip lid for my 40 ounce cup. Because it came with the 30 ounce cup. I like the flip better, the slide lid get dish soap in them and it looks disgusting. I ordered more cups but I can’t get more flip lids, they’ve been out of stock for well over a year!!!

Just like the original lids. It's the rubber seal that deteriorated so I wish I could have just gotten that, but this is fine. I never put the lids in the dishwasher, but even with hand washing the seal began to shred and leave little bits of the material in my soda. I use my 40oz beast 24/7, which is why I own 3 of them.

I absolutely love the new lid. I dropped my 2 yr old cup and broke the original latch on the lid. I like the new design. It has a tighter seal than the original one. One issue I have is with this tighter seal it is very hard to get on and off. This lid does not sit all the way down on the cup like the original one. Do not know if it’s how it’s designed to fit like that. With all that I still love it. Your service is outstanding and your products are high quality. Will absolutely but more when needed and have recommended your products to several friends.
