Absolutely Love these tumblers they are by far better than yetti or Stanley's in my opinion. They keep your drink and ice colder and for a much longer amount of time and I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family who are now all getting one for themselves.
Do not buy! Bought a 40oz Beast and have had for 16 months and it has lost its ability to keep my drink cold. The ice melts in about 3 hours and it sweats on the outside of the cup. Contacted the company and they said its normal wear and tear and not covered by their "Lifetime Warranty". So disappointed in the product. I have had a 30oz Yeti for 12 years and have no issues with it. I even have ten year old 30oz Ozark Trails from Walmart that don't have this problem. This is an inferior product. They offered me a discount on my next purchase from! Absolutely not! Why would I buy more junk.

This is my second purchase of The Beast! I chose The Beast because I have found no other thermal cup to keep the ice in my cup from the afternoon of a very hot day until the next day! Yes! I fill up my cup after lunch, to the top, add water or soda to the ice randomly throughout the night, and in the morning there is still ice that has melting ice cold water to wake up with. When I use it for my coffee, it keeps it hot for hours, and warm for the day! I have had no other cup to do this. The firm snap on the lid keeps liquid from leaking or spilling out of the cup. I started with the 40oz a have recently purchased the 20oz because of my difficulty in holding lather cups due to my arthritis, the 20 oz is more comfortable for me to use. Great value for those that always need a drink by their side!

I received a brand new Greens Steel bottle with clear damage from the delivery. The bottle was meant as a gift and so I emailed asking for a replacement. The customer service rep wrote back and said they could replace it only if I paid for the return shipping. I was incredibly disappointed by this and one other experience with their customer service after a bottle broke within weeks of purchasing it and they wouldn't replace it. Previous to this experience, Greens Steel used to honor their warranty policy and would definitely have sent a replacement for a bottle that arrived damaged no questions asked. I can't believe how far this company has fallen over the years.
Within 2 weeks of buying this bottle my daughter dropped it (something that happens regularly if you know kids!) and it broke! I have used Greens Steal products for my 3 kids since they were very young and not only has the quality clearly diminished over the years, so has the customer service. When I emailed to ask for a replacement cover for the brand new bottle they offered me 10% off. When I asked further, they continued to say no and very politely (AI, cough, cough) wished me on my way while validating my feelings of frustration. I'm very sorry to have to be done with this company whose bottles I've used for years because of their replacement policy and reputation. Clearly both are in ruins.
I am not one to post reviews but I am so happy with my green steel coffee cup! My old coffee cup was difficult to clean due to the "nooks and crannies." Now cleaning a breeze, in fact it is way to easy. I love the handle which I use everyday as I have juggle many bags in my hand when I walk to work. Green steel is da best!
I have loved my 17 oz insulated stainless steel water bottle for many years. I went on your site today to buy a larger one, but they are out of stock. I’ll keep checking back.
Don’t buy the black steel cups. The black paint bubbles, peals and eventually chips off, making them unusable. This happened with just normal dishwasher use. Who wants to put their mouth near that? Not covered by the warranty either. “Lifetime guarantee” and “100% Money back guarantee” doesn’t mean much to this company.

I brought this 16oz coffee mug a few years ago. Still in excellent condition, still working as described, still look as described. There are no leakage, it keeps my coffee hot, my tea hot, my ice cold. There are No chips, no cracks, no dents in or on my coffee mug. I use it everyday. I mainly use it for coffee, tea or a cup of ice. I hand wash it with dishes detergent. I love my coffee mug. I definitely recommend this coffee mug.

I ordered the handle before my hand surgery next month and was disappointed when i got the handle and it was way too big for the two 30 oz cups I had previously ordered from you. I love the 42 oz tumbler with the handle! It is perfect for what I need, and the built-in handle is so much better. I actually wore out my old cup and handle to the point that the handle stretched, and doesn't really fit the cup well anymore, so a built-in handle is a much better option for me!
